Hello, I very often wonder for how long food allergies exist or if they are just an aspect of todays society. I don't have a food allergy but hay fever what is pretty annoying and it just appeared about 5 years ago. As neither myself nor my partner have any food allergies I wonder why our baby daughter has a cow milk allergy. We did find out about it when we started giving her cow based infant formula and her tummy was going crazy. After a doctor's visit we decided to go for the hypo allergenic Hipp formula ( myorganicformula.com/collections/hipp-organic-formula) what already helped a lot. I thought I want to try out this one and the next step would have been to use goat milk. However it is very interesting to me how these allergies develop especially if they are not appearing in our family. I'm curious if you could tell me more about this topic! Love, Laetitia
